GOLF AS A SCHOOL SPORT

Is your school interested in golf as a sport? Do you have a number of keen golfers at your school? Does your school want to excel in school golf events?

Camberwell Grammar School is the first school to really commit to golf as a school sport.

Stuart Appleby Junior Golf has developed a school based golf development program in conjunction with Bann Lynch Golf. The program is focusses on both physical and skill development pertaining to golf and utilises the resources of the Bann Lynch team, in conjunction with consultant osteopath, Dr Tina Maio.

Tina has worked closely over many years with both the Bann Lynch team and the VIS to develop golfers from across Australia.

The program is based at Yarra Bend, the Australian base for Bann Lynch, and utilises their great facility and course to run the program. Covering 32 sessions, including on course play and course management, the program commenced in Term 2, 2011 and runs each year through winter.
