Joining a golf club is a big step for any junior. It involves both a financial and emotional commitment, but the benefits are huge. Many friendships are made at golf clubs, often lasting a lifetime.

SAJG helps young people along the path to becoming a golfer, enjoying the playing of golf, and being a better golfer, but it also strives to see the wider 'family' of golf grow. This includes helping children and their families discover the backbone of our sport - the local golf club!

SAJG can refer you to clubs in your area or you can research them yourself through the various club websites.

Additionally it is good to get to know your local golf professional, who will also be able to guide you as you progress your golf.
