Who said golf is not a physical sport!!!

There is a lot of information out there concerning golf related fitness. Whilst golf is not an aerobic sport, it does require a number of physical skills and attributes to play it well at a high level.

Stuart has always placed a great deal of emphasis on his own physical preparation and his long time trainer, Vern McMillan, travels regularly with him on tour.

One of the most important parts of preparing your body for golf is increasing golf related strength and flexibility. This is particularly relevant for junior golfers and is best achieved through regular stretching routines. Over the next few months some of Stuart's own routines and favourite stretches will be added.
